NYC Electric Violinist Irene Fong, is a conservatory trained musician and seasoned performer. She pairs intense classical technique with the contemporary sounds of house, dubstep, pop, and electronic dance music to create an unforgettable and breathtaking experience for her audience.
Irene currently performs and travels extensively worldwide. She has shared the stage with world renowned artists such as Calvin Harris, R3hab, Hardwell, Fedde le Grand, Ray Charles. She has rocked the stages of Carnegie Hall, the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, as well as the Academy of Music. Television and press Features include "The David Letterman Show", TLC's "Four Weddings", and The New York Times.
Irene's notable accomplishments include performing with the Sounds of Silk string quartet as a founding member for over ten years, playing as assistant concertmaster of the Philadelphia Young Artists Orchestra, and being selected to attend the prestigious Temple University Preparatory music program for young musicians. She has also received a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from the conservatory at Mason Gross School of the Arts.
